THE WHY
We were sick of chalky bars pretending to be dessert.
Every protein snack we tried tasted like a compromise — the kind of thing you finish out of obligation, not pleasure. So we stopped starting with nutrition labels and started with a brownie. A real one. Fudgy in the centre, with that thin paper-crackle top.
Then, and only then, did we build protein into it — slowly, stubbornly, one test batch at a time — until the macros worked and the flavour didn't. No grit, no aftertaste, no apology.
